General Information:

MSST2003 will host a Vendor Expo April 7-10, 2003 at the Paradise Point Resort in San Diego, California.

To reserve space in the Expo, contact Gary Sobol, ( +1-303-440-7755 or GZSobol@aol.com ) to check space availability and receive an exhibit space number. Once space has been confirmed, fill out the attached registration form and mail or fax it to Conference Locators International. The fees for exhibit spaces, each of which includes a 3’ by 6’ table, 2 chairs, and registration for one person, are:

Each basic exhibit space is 8’ by 10’ but some corner spaces are larger. (See the Vendor Expo Layout diagram). Additional persons must register at a cost of $400 per person. Vendor participants will have full access to all conference activities, including paper presentations, refreshments, lunches, and receptions. Payments must be received 30 days from the date an exhibit space number is assigned.

GES Exposition Services will handle logistics for shipping and setup, and will contact you to finalize arrangements. There will be additional costs for electrical, phone, and network connections. Arrangements for these additional items should be made directly with GES Exposition Services.
