Process

These are the steps to follow to receive a booth assignment for MSST 2005.

bulletOpen the Expo layout drawing to see the physical layout, and the Vendor-Booth Mapping list to see which booths are taken.

Please note that booth numbers 106, 206, 306, 406, 707 and 709 are 20ft X 10ft. The remaining booths are 10ft X 10ft. The cost for a 10 X 10 booth is $1800, while a 20 X 10 costs $2700.

The cost of a booth includes one free person for booth duty. Each additional person will cost $400.
Vendor participants have full access to all conference activities, including paper presentations, refreshments, lunches, receptions, and will receive a copy of the Conference Proceedings. 

bullet Select your top 3 choices for a booth and contact Gary Sobol. Booths are assigned on a
first-come-first-served basis. Gary’s email address is
GZSobol@aol.com. If necessary you may call Gary on his cell phone @ 303.378.4732. You may also contact Gary if you are interested in sponsoring coffee breaks, lunches or dinner receptions. Gary will also have a few hospitality suites available. He will contact you when that information is finalized.

bullet Once you have been assigned a booth you should fill out the on-line registration form at https://spgdataformer.com/MSST2005TradeShow.

bulletSend Gary URL for your company so that we may link your company name to your company website on the vendor-booth mapping page. Attendees will refer to this page to locate vendors.

bulletTricord Trade Show Services has an exhibitor's kit online.

The exhibitors kit contains information for shipping, etc. Brent Hoeft brent@tricordtradeshows.com is the Tricord contact.
