RATES

Single/Double: $170.00

Government per diem: 2005 Rates (Currently $132)

These rates are exclusive of applicable sales/room tax, currently ten (10) percent

A limited number of Govt. per diem rooms (about 20) will be available. Attendees requiring these rooms should register early.

The above special rates will apply at least two (2) days prior to and two (2) days after the Conference dates based on availability to accommodate those who wish to extend their visits. Should any discounted weekend rates be offered the weekend prior to the Conference or immediately following the Conference, Conference attendees will be eligible for these rates on Friday and Saturday.

Bay view rooms can be reserved for an additional per night charge.

All reservations will be made by individuals by telephone or online via the Hotel website.

Government rates will not be available online and a letter of government authentication will be required upon arrival in order to receive the government per diem rate.

Just Extended!

Reservations received after this date will be accepted by the Hotel on a space available basis at the conference rates and will be credited to the room block. Modifications made to existing reservations after this date will be treated as advance reservations.

The Hotel will require a deposit in advance from individual guests to guarantee a particular reservation. To guarantee an individual reservation, a guest must either (1) send a check or money order covering the first night's room rate plus applicable sales tax, or (2) send a signed letter authorizing the Hotel to charge the room deposit and applicable sales tax to the guest's major credit card and include card number and expiration date, or (3) give the guest's major credit card information by phone.

Cancellation: Deposits will be refunded by Hotel if notice received by the Hotel forty-eight (48) hours prior to the arrival date.

No additional charges will be added for substitutions. All guaranteed reservations will receive either written or verbal confirmation from the Hotel.

No Early Departure Fee: In the event that an attendee who has reserved a room within the Society’s room block checks out prior to the reserved check-out date, the Hotel will not charge an early departure fee.

Be Polite: Attendees should make every effort to inform the Hotel in advance of any changes to their planned length of stay.

The Hotel's check-in time is 3:00 pm . The Hotel’s check-out time is 12:00 pm . Guests are permitted to check in earlier or check out later subject to room availability.

AMENITIES

All guestrooms offer high-speed internet access, multi-line phones with data port access, coffee makers, hairdryers, iron and ironing board, and complimentary daily newspaper. The Hotel shall offer complimentary 1-800 calls from attendee guest rooms.

The Hotel offers room service, two (2) restaurants and complimentary use of the on-site fitness center.
